My initial business ventures included Einstein's 251 and Einstein's Relative Cafe where I managed staff, dealt with suppliers and managed the day to day logistics. I love to work with people and bring the best out of my staff. I am constantly working on ensuring that there is a consistently high level of customer service and customer satisfaction whilst maintaining high quality, delicious food and coffee.
