Headquarters Army Material Command (HQAMC) G-2/6 (CIO) (Arrowpoint Corp.) Review and analyze status of current and proposed material programs, to include budget and staffing analysis. Provides guidance and coordination on acquisition and sustainment program execution to the AMC G-2/6 (CIO) staff. Monitor and coordinate intel tasks to ensure close and effective relationship between budget and material program. Evaluate effectiveness of program execution in relation to established goals and program objectives. Ensures compliance with established and updated regulations, directives, instructions and delegations of authority for potential impact on program objectives, policies and existing SOPs. Regularly conduct review of sustainment program goals, objectives and operations to ensure they are realistic and relevant with emerging operations. Prepare internal procedures and guidelines to ensure implementation of updated procedures for new material fielding and sustainment. Provides program information input for briefings to senior AMC G-2/6 leaders. Work in group to identify threats to AMC sustainment infrastructure to operate in current cyber environment and provide services to the Army worldwide. Responsible for drafting OP Orders sent from G2/6 to AMC subordinates on Army program sustainment.

Provided programmatic and schedule deconfliction support to MDA/DTG for planning and executing simultaneous ground test. Delivered analytical support and concise scheduling reports to test execution military, and government civilian leadership and contract teams executing Missile Defense System (MDS) test. Developed test event schedules derived from IMTP to expand process information to include test documentation, scenario development timeline, test case development, and executive board reviews, focused on laying out a logical progression timeline for tracking test event progression. Provided support to the Cybersecurity team tracking the progress from conception to obtaining Authority to Connect/Operate with test event architectures. Supported special projects with schedules defining the program specific milestones and timelines like when DTG sponsored a yearlong upgrade for the SBIRS test lab to be upgraded to support the use of overhead wide band data. Assisted in the document verification of test element resources in the MDA Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) ground test infrastructure. Familiar with the use of TRMP-T as it was being phased out and replaced with the Resource Management System Tool (RMST) that went operational in 2021 and is in use today replacing TRMP-T. Participated in schedule de-confliction meetings to resolve ground test event and element scheduling issues to meet test execution objectives within schedule. Developed briefings for decision makers for use in executive boards and reviews chaired by senior level leadership following the GT Concept of Operations (GT CONOPS) test phases and the Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) approved test baseline. Highlighted all mission milestones decision meetings, identified, generated, and managed schedules, and requirements in support of ground test execution coordinating technical interchange meetings, and schedule deconfliction meetings to ensure entrance, event milestone and exit criteria were met.

Served as an operations officer supporting physical, information, acquisition, industrial, cyber, operations, test, international, and foreign military sales security requirements for all programs across the agency. Coordinated over 1,000 tasking’s annually and managed core operational functions supporting over 100 security specialists and 500 security managers/assistants dispersed globally. Implemented a directorate SharePoint database as a platform to enhance information/data management, formulate reports, archive records, and facilitate cross-divisional collaboration. Analyzed foreign disclosure, International Traffic in Arms Regulations, Missile Technology Control Regime, and other security actions against national policies and agency requirements and coordinated requests with cognizant agency and external stakeholders to formulate a proposed agency position/response.

US Missile Defense Agency (MDA) (Parsons / General Dynamics / L3 Communications)Provided programmatic and executive administrative support to the Directorate of Engineering, Systems Engineering division and the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense program, Ground Test division, managing all GMT-G E-taskers task management tool, delivered analytical support to diverse military, government civilian, and contract teams performing Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) development and testing. Tracked the status of BMDS software deployment readiness supporting worldwide test events and system readiness reviews. Ensured quality control of correspondence and records supporting engineering review boards and test activities; maintained a Technical Database Library. Prepared status reports and organizational briefings, coordinating across organizations to ensure the timely synchronization of programmed activities.
