ATS Implementation contributor in design set up and ongoing process improvement strategy.-Talent Acquisition – Led full cycle recruiting for exempt, hourly, and contingent workforce. Developed strategy, processes, and tools for field management talent sourcing team before promoting into running the corporate talent acquisition team filling roles across all departments. -Market Expansion – Led talent attraction strategy and recruitment marketing for new market stores. We were opening approximately 10-12 stores per year in both core markets and new territories, including California, Nevada, Idaho, and Oregon. -
