I have extensive clinical and leadership experience in the mental health field. My passion for results and highly energetic approach to building and expanding high-quality patient programs have enabled me to drive successful outcomes.I spent 15 years at Community Healthlink in Worcester, MA; most of my tenure there was spent in an Executive Director role. In that position, I juggled multiple priorities in running the division. I was accountable for building and developing new programs while maintaining and enhancing existing ones. In 2017, I relocated to South Carolina and kept my skills sharp at Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of UHS, performing in therapy and intake-related roles. I contributed to the division by doubling its patient census while serving as the Intake Director.Last year, I was able to relocate back home to Massachusetts and joined Riverside Community Care as a CCS Respite Manager and was quickly promoted to Director as a result of dramatic census improvement.
