At Community Healthlink, I oversaw and grew six mental health programs across multiple residential sites, including a 15-bed Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) unit and up to 60 acute clients. The division included 80+ employees and a multi-million-dollar budget, partially funded by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). Some of the key areas of focus included:Designed and developed a high intensity supported living environment (HISLE) for eight of the most challenging clients in central Massachusetts. Selected the building, built and grew a staff, and orchestrated a gold-standard organization with a $1.2M budget funded by the DMH.Maintained seven programs serving homeless and mentally ill substance abusers, managing critical staffing needs, quality management, and enhancements to the program.Managed two transitional housing programs, serving homeless and mentally ill clients utilizing the Housing First Model. As a Clinician at the Sexual Behavior Clinic, I worked part-time in the evenings leading sex offender treatment groups for individuals with developmental delays. Trained to conduct Penial Plethysmograph testing (one of thirteen people trained in MA).
