A regimentally organised multi-tasker, I provide administrative support for our consultants, clients and candidates across South Wales, the South West, both for our search and selection and strategic HR consultancy practice. My job is to make sure the ‘back office’ is as slick as the front end! This means managing the all-important database, helping candidates develop their CVs, posting job adverts, processing contractor timesheets, raising invoices, organising events, ensuring procedural compliance… you get the gist! As the business continues to evolve rapidly, so does my role. I apply the same tailored, supportive and flexible approach to our team as they do to the candidates and clients we serve. We are all about creating a more positive, progressive and productive organisational culture. Whilst some of this is operational and administrative, a large part of what I do is relational.
