Founder of a minority and woman-owned innovative solutions-based technology company specializing in software & application development, Dev/Ops & business analytics to improve business processes. We focused on strategic business development, project management, and technology execution to improve business processes. When I realized the lack of minorities in the technology industry, I became an advocate to creating a more inclusive and equitable technology industry. I founded WeCode KC to cultivate motivated youth and young adults to becoming the next tech workforce. We expose youth from marginalized communities who are historically left out of technology to innovative tools, cybersecurity, and engineering so they can learn to code regardless of their background.Being a part of women programming organizations, and active in the entrepreneur ecosystem, I work at bridging the diversity divide in technology. I am a connector and the muse for entrepreneurs, educators, business owners, schools, and community centers to provide conferences, community tech events, and facilitate workshops.
