This skillset has provided extensive strategic and tactical business, process and systems architecture guidance for the services organization of a fortune 500 high technology firm. As solutions architect and/or business analyst across multiple large scale projects, she has consistently delivered transformational business process and system change while meeting the client’s key performance indicators. As a management advisor, Tammy, for example, recommends alternatives for organizational structure or methods to gain cross organizational consensus. She is highly regarded for her ability to rapidly assess a situation, hone key opportunities for improvement and quickly facilitate brainstorming to a solution and building a plan to get there.

Tammy built and led Macromedia's Enterprise IT organization by partnership and collaboration with business executives and function experts to successfully address critical business need while delivering solutions that led to process improvement, reduction in operational costs and laying a system architectural foundation and organization in anticipation of future growth.

During a time of exceptional growth for Cisco and a strategic move to its significant dependency on a channel sales model, Tammy worked together with interdependent business teams to rapidly deliver a channel operations and system solution. This operations model assisted in tracking and managing the channel partner’s relationship with Cisco while the team architected a business and systems model that would sustain Cisco's substantial growth.

In a period when Steve Jobs left Apple and the company traversed a decade of transition, Tammy surfed the waves of change to successfully develop a collection of business and technical skills that became the foundation of her ability to quickly assess, architect, develop and deliver system and business solutions for needs across business functions. She cultivated skills in analytics, rapid situation assessment, project management, architecture and softer skills in negotiation, resource management, team building, presentation, meeting management and collaboration. She moved to be an IT department manager through multi year turns in project management, business analysis and support.
