I also assist with the pre-approval lending process and will walk you through from getting pre-approved to the closing table and everything in between. I have over 10 years experience in working with residential, commercial, rental properties, waterfront, condo/ townhouses, etc.

Assist Tasting Room Manager with day-to-day operations in booking bus tours, managing events, overseeing and scheduling staff, and in coming up with creative ideas and events for the public to enjoy our year-round tasting room. I have also been directly responsible for our online shipping and Wine Club, which has grown exponentially since the launching of our new website in 2015. I have 2.5 years experience in the Wholesale side of our Winery and now 1.5 years in our retail Tasting Room. All in all, a great team of people and an incredible experience.

To collaborate with the General Manager, Director of Sales and the Events Sales Manager in booking group business including group room blocks and banquets...i.e., Corporate Meetings, Athletic Teams, Social Groups, Associations, Military Groups, Motor Coach, FAM Tours, etc., as well as group room blocks for weddings, anniversary parties, birthdays, bachelorette groups, etc. I also participate in local community events, working with local chambers, charity causes and most importantly assisting our current owners with the "Re-birth" of this historical gem of a Resort along the St. Lawrence River!

I was an instrumental part of the Management Team brought in to open this brand new 4 Star 4 Diamond Resort in the 1000 Islands, Clayton, NY region. This was accomplished in collaborating wth the General Manager and Catering Sales Manager in booking group business, weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, etc., as well as, booking blocks of rooms, participating in community events, working with local chambers, and most importantly creating a Four Diamond experience for our guests.

Responsible for over 500+ Wine Wholesale Accounts inclusive of bars, restaurants, liquor stores, Casino's, Convention Centers, Hotels, Syracuse Carrier Dome, etc. throughout New York State. I had 5 Sales Reps throughout the state which reported to me weekly with their sales activity, new accounts, growth of existing accounts, etc. I was also responsible for setting up and carrying out ALL wine tastings in the Jefferson County area and communicating with our Markets Department regarding the local area farmers markets and festivals which we participated in. I tracked ALL accounts receivables for the 500+ accounts, set up weekly deliveries for each county that we delivered to and was responsible for up to 5 delivery drivers making sure each account received an accurate order in a timely manner. I also fostered new accounts and personally established over 250 new accounts within 2 years. After the first year I was responsible for 2 part-time assistants to assist me with the growth of my department. Lastly, I also participated in ALL annual events put on by the Winery each year.

I was instrumental in assisting Melanie Curley in helping her to open her own real estate office under the name of Thousand Islands Realty. She taught me everything I know from start to finish regarding the real estate process. I received my real estate license in spring 2004 and began working at Coldwell Banker Ramada Realty in Clayton where I met Melanie Curley. She began teaching and training me with all of her wealth of knowledge and information in so many different areas such as qualifying a buyer through the mortgage pre-approval process, how to list a home and complete all necessary paperwork, working with banks, appraisers, lawyers, home inspectors, etc. This training process was and is still invaluable to me til this day. I then went with Melanie and assisted her in opening Thousand Islands Realty and we received the news that the Coldwell Banker office in Clayton was closing. Best move I have ever made in my working career was to be mentored by Melanie.
