My passion is in building out the finance and operational foundation, business processes, infrastructure to grow and become financially sustainable.I have a multidisciplinary background, including over 17+ years in Finance and Informational Technology. As a Financial Systems Analyst, I architected and designed the financial system for a multinational company as a part of a $500 million acquisition that resulted in a new and improved streamlined data infrastructure throughout the company. This project involved dealing with many stakeholders from different departments and outside consultants.Experienced as a Solutions Architect, I implemented financial enterprise solutions for many different industries across the Bay Area. I have worked for Corporations, government agencies and nonprofits, such as UCSF to develop and deploy a budgeting system for up to 300 users; Charles Schwab to design, implement, and train the new process.I transitioned into the nonprofit sector and co-founded a nonprofit called Conversations for Good (www.ConvoForGood.org), a 501(c)(3) charity that provides opportunities for ordinary people to help students and job seekers to share information about their careers and provide mentorship.
