Provide Data Processing support in the following IT Specialist positions: Support Services Administrator, ACH, Computer Operator, Share Draft Clerk, Item Processor and ATM Operators. Coordinates and performs training for new and existing personnel. Creates and maintains monthly statistical reporting and procedure manuals.

Responsible for operation of mainframe, including submitting daily scheduled jobs, proofing and posting files such as payrolls, share drafts, loan payments, fee job streams, Visa and ATM transactions. Installed software and hardware. Investigated potential problem areas and implemented resolutions to ensure user satisfaction through prompt, efficient and courteous service.
