About Tammy Chesser

My professional background is very diverse and has evolved significantly over the last 30 years. I started my career as an administrative assistant but went back to school to study IT after discovering my interest in and natural aptitude for technology. I worked for a software developer managing the company's finances and accounting when I was asked to design and write an online help system. During this time I realized I was really good at finding software defects. Later I worked in customer service on a help desk at Deloitte and did a significant amount of training. Over the next several years I continued to gravitate towards quality assurance/testing, which truly fits my detail-oriented nature. I definitely found my niche in testing, and I enjoy it very much.
