My career in real estate began in 2001 after working for the athlete rep firm, Octagon (Hockey), and realizing what I loved most about my position as an Office Manager for the division was delivering a level of client service above & beyond expectations, negotiating contracts, maintaining organized and detailed records. Thus it was a natural progression becoming a licensed Realtor (in Minnesota & Montana). Since 2002, I have specialized in corporate relocation and helping executives, VIPs, and transferees with their real estate transactions, whether transferring within the state, across the country or internationally. In 2011, I joined the Keller Williams family working on developing a Corporate Relocation Division. As the Relocation Administrator for Keller Williams Classic Realty NW I work closely with our Relocation Director to develop & implement corporate policies & procedures for the relocation division. My role consists primarily of managing the day-to-day operations of the Relocation Division, performing all reporting duties, ensuring our Realtor network meet qualification requirements & maintain required certifications. In 2006, I started Fresh Gear of Minnesota, a sports equipment sanitizing company that specializes in sanitizing all athletic gear/equipment. We focus primarily on hockey, football, & lacrosse equipment but have the ability to also sanitize moto-cross, snowmobile, ski boots/helmets, gloves, etc. We offer discounts for bulk services & offer free pick-up/delivery service utilizing our trailer for large orders Typically equipment is turned around within 24-hours but require 48-72 for orders of 10 or more sets.
