Over the years I've cultivated multifaceted relationships throughout higher education, businesses, professional associations and community organizatons. Evidence is readily available identifying successful outcomes and accomplishments that are associated with student and staff professional development, employer relations, community outreach and career readiness training and programming that aligns with student demographics and the demands of an evolving 21st Century Workforce. My passion and sense of fullfillment is what inspires me to develop creative and mutually beneficial employability and career readiness services, programming, experiential activities and trainings using both in-person and online delivery methods that have resulted in successful outcomes when serving students, alumni, faculty, administrators, business professionals and community leaders in accordance with their unique needs and interests. I've particularly enjoyed facilitating relationships between faculty administrators and employers to ensure a holistic approach to satisfy enrollment growth and retention and successful employment outcomes. I enthusiastically embrace new challenges approaching them creatively and using analytical and problem solving skills while keeping abreast of new trends and best practices surpassing meeting the status quo of student, recruiter and campus community needs. My perseverance to maintain quality services and programming during times of budget and staff reductions did not go unnoticed based on feedback from supervisors and colleagues recognizing intentional efforts for continued progressive, quality, and creative programming and services, while demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to collegial collaboration and staff development.
