The Virtual Training Academy is an online learning environment that supports participants who have the desire to enter the enterprise planning resource (ERP) industry. The goal of this program is to teach individuals how to use Oracle technology as a tool, communicate and work within key business concepts and support participants in the development of becoming a Functional Consultant or Oracle Information Technology (IT) Trainer. As the Founder and Lead Instructional Designer, it is my responsibility to perform the following tasks to ensure a successful experience to those who participate in our courses:• Design and develop online content to support the Virtual Training Academy.
