As Corporate Assistant with VITEK Mortgage Group, assistant to five Senior Managers - President, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Strategic Business Development, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer as well as assisting our Cultural Diversity and Building division teams with administrative support and event planning. My responsibilities were very versatile relieving the senior executives of administrative type functions in order to increase the time they have available for executive level responsibilities. Confidential and time sensitive material handling, preparing routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, agreements and reports for our executives, Board of Directors and Shareholders are only a few of my responsibilities. Maintaining my education with a variety of mortgage concepts, practices, and procedures with a wide degree of creativity and latitude is a must. I was primarily responsible for new correspondent lender agreements as well as recertification with all investors and government entities on a quarterly and annual basis; working with lenders and other QC companies in audit situations; MSA agreements, Home buying assistance program agreements, renewing warehouse line agreements and insurance applications for our corporate and all branch locations. Other responsibilities include activating and deactivating employees with vendors needed to correspond with our LOS to include a few... DU, LP, Optimal Blue, Interthinx, CBC. I also plan, implement and execute all corporate events for 150+ employees as well as events with BIA, YPN, SAR, etc., for our building and cultural diversity departments, manage and arrange all travel for our executives and their peers and finally working with our Executive Team on special assignments.
