Lead a team of coaches supporting Global Technology and Operations. Coaches provide leadership coaching to senior and mid-level managers on career growth and development as well as team leadership. Our objective is to provide direct support to help accelerate the Bank's progress on key strategic enterprise priorities including career growth, organizational health, talent management and diversity & inclusion.

Led Human Resources organization for the Specialty Group, a consulting division of AmerisourceBergen, during a rapid growth period which included three acquisitions and two divestitures. Focus included leading change management related to corporate directives, transforming strategic corporate goals into profitable reality, partnering with the Executive Leadership Team, and implementing flexible, yet effective human resources and operations processes and systems to deliver on the local needs of the business. Led global coordination and delivery of HR activities, including leadership development, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and succession planning, within the US, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and the UK for up to 4,000+ team members. Partnered with numerous business units and Presidents at AmerisourceBergen Corporation, including: The Lash Group, Xcenda, Herescon, Imedex, Innomar Strategies, and ABSG-Canada.

Senior Executive providing strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of human capital management. Responsible for 275 employees in 22 locations. Significant experience in strategic planning, due diligence, acquisition, mergers, transformation and integration. Served on the Strategic Operating Committee and initiated/sponsored a next generation leadership advisory council which met directly with the Executive Committee to provide solutions to business objectives while gaining visibility and developing key leadership skills. Supported the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors.

Developed and led people strategy for the Eastern Region of the Consumer Mortgage Lending Division, comprised of 5 Divisions and approximately 2,500 employees.
