I head up the Operations Department at Cardiac Output where I look after our marketing efforts, operations, and human resources. As an Operations Manager I thrive on the challenge of keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine, during my years of experience I have learnt that success looks different for everyone, it’s a personal and subjective concept, but ultimately success is about achieving your goals, whether they are personal, professional, or a combination of both. Its about being true to yourself, and pursuing your passions, and making a positive impact on the world around you. At Cardiac Output our approach to management is rooted in collaboration and communication, we believe in fostering a culture of teamwork and empowering team members to take ownership of their space, we have created a positive work environment and I have experienced first-hand how this contributes to the success of our business. When I am not busy managing operations, you can usually find me with my children, reading a book, binge watching a crime series, and lastly as a die hard harry potter fan probably binge watching the movies for the millionth time. I firmly believe that a healthy work life balance is essential to success, and I strive to maintain this balance in my own life.
