As Social Program Sr. Manager, I provide oversight for all planning and publishing to Banner-owned social media accounts. In this role, I execute and report upon effective social media strategies that support the overall goals of Banner Health, collaborate with Banner entities and teams to support strategic priorities and campaigns aimed at growing audience, increasing engagement and ultimately driving increased traffic to the website as well as other measureable conversions. I identify and plan for optimal use of paid amplification, working closely with the lead for paid media to support larger paid social media efforts. Responsiblitiies also include working legal and other team members to develop, update and apply Banner’s social media policy, guidelines and standards.
