Startup company with an incredible mission to eradicate colon cancer through early detection. In 2015, I received the peer nominated Ed Kania Leadership award for demonstrating the company’s core values with exceptional leadership. My role focused on building an IT service and support strategy and executing to enable business objectives. As a hands-on leader, I grew the team to support not only internal employees from the lab teams to sales but also providers as they began ordering Cologuard through a provider portal.
