General Manager, Xbox Marketing
Current- Lead a team of marketing professionals responsible for evangelizing Xbox to third party game developers and publishers, promoting 3P games and driving outsized impact for partners. This work includes marketing 3P titles such as Roblox and the $1B ID@Xbox portfolio, developing new 3P promotional programs, overseeing Xbox O&O developer channels and producing technical learning conferences featuring Microsoft Gaming AI, Azure for Gaming and other GaaS solutions.- Formed, and now lead the first Developer Marketing team at Xbox. Our marketing programs have helped create more than $1B in economic opportunity for professional game creators and companies around the world. Member of the Marketing Leadership Team and Xbox Extended Leadership team, responsible for representing the voice of 3P game creators and technology partners within Xbox. This role is expansive, running across internal messaging, executive communications, 3P partner engagement and event marketing.- Actively guide our global 3P partner storytelling to position Xbox as a resource and establish Xbox as a trusted, helpful platform where all creators are welcome and empowered to succeed. - Play a leadership role in shaping product positioning, messaging, campaigns and assets development. Partner with technology leaders across Microsoft and 3P organizations to translate technical complexity into engaging marketing materials, identify new market/audience opportunities, and demonstrate the creative and commercial impact of Xbox platform expansion, Microsoft Gaming tools and Copilot-enabled solutions.- Led employee and executive communications strategy for Xbox Gaming Ecosystem Organization (GEO) leadership team, beginning shortly after its formation in 2021 through the high profile and highly successful transition of its seniormost leader to President of Xbox in 2023.
