Managed the volunteer program to include recruitment, training, signups and retention. Responsible for the software to manage membership to the Museum and volunteers. Managed recruitment and renewal of memberships to the Museum. Managed the Museum Retail Store, inventory, purchase merchandise relevant to the Museum and interested by the customer, decorated and visually merchandised the store, inventory, POS system within the retail store. Created a second retail store for Titanic: Wisconsin Connection in July 2021 - October 2021. Staff, visual merchandising, inventory, and POS management during the exhibition. Event and program planning and execution for programs and events taking place at the Museum. My role focuses on educating the community and referral sources of the products and services of ThedaCare At Home offers. I am able to meet with new providers and orientate them on our business and how we can work together with their patients. Developement of business plans for each of our service lines.
