I have been a Board Member, Vice President (2019-2020). President (2021-2022) and Past President of the Florida Chapter. I am proud that the Florida Chapter has been named Chapter of the Year in 2019 and 2022! I am excited and honored to volunteer for this amazing group. -Create and enact procedures and workflows to ensure uniformity and adherence to rules, regulations and mission of agency. - Create job descriptions and training for technical assistants, processors and account managers using newly written procedure manual and recognized insurance practices. Provide ongoing training updates to meet latest procedures and company guidelines. -Accurately rate, underwrite, quote and issue policies in accordance with carrier guidelines and procedures through rating programs and internet. -Handle elevated service issues with clients, enact and audit procedures within department as needed, and work with marketing representatives to effectively grow a profitable book of business. -Supervise and mentor employees providing positive growth in career paths and insurance knowledge. Create training programs for on-boarding employees.-Create and run loss ratio, production and revenue reports to accurately maintain records of retention and growth within department as well as create accountability in workflows through periodic audits. -Continually update and automate workflows using Agency Management System to maximize efficiency and agency profitability. Attend User Group meetings to keep up with updates and new innovations. Volunteer for Board Member position.-Work with Agency Owner, Agency Manager and Commercial Lines Manager in the positive growth of the agency through marketing and special projects.

-Provide exceptional service to both current and prospective clients as well as maintain excellent relationships with carrier underwriters and personnel. -Handle elevated service issues with clients, enact procedures and introduce new technologies and processes within department. Work with marketing representatives from wide spectrum of companies and vendors to effectively grow existing book of business. -Supervise, mentor and continually train employees within department to encourage productivity and efficiency in workflow processes.

-Maintain assigned book of personal lines accounts through mail, phone, fax and internet. Process endorsements on home, auto, umbrella and other personal lines policies. -Accurately underwrite, quote and issue new and renewal policies through a variety of companies. -Maintain all other areas of the accounts such as billing and discuss coverages through inbound/outbound phone calls and office visits.
