Serves as the Recipient Rights Officer for the entire organization assuring compliance with outside regulatory requirements.

• Coordinate and improve corporate operations, maintaining the history and mission as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team• Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to the Human Resources Department• Plan and schedule meetings and maintain the executive calendar• Support the Board of Directors - arranging meetings, taking minutes, and preparing materials every quarter• Maintain licensing for the physicians and offices• Manage contract renewals, including credentialing, accreditation and RFPs• Provide project management, collecting and analyzing information for reports and presentations• Support President and Leadership Team with planning and monitoring of strategic initiatives• Catalyst between the CEO and other departments and agencies by conserving time with correspondence• Provide a professional interface, and speak on behalf of the CEO while maintaining and protecting company confidentiality• Create and analyze survey data from staff and stakeholders to maintain corporate performance• Serve as the Recipient Rights Advisor for the organization
