Over the span of three decades in financial services, I've developed strong senior leadership experience in sales, business development, national accounts, and relationship management for Fortune 500 companies and startups. Along the way, I discovered my passion for leadership development, which inspired me to step into professional coaching.As a leadership coach and mentor, I believe leadership is more than a role – it’s a mindset and an integral part of who we are. Leadership development is more than a collection of skills we ‘picked up’ along the way or through one-off training events. I focus on supporting leaders to embrace leadership as a conscious, purpose-driven mindset, accelerate their development journey and elevate their impact. I serve on the advisory board and am past president of WIPN, dedicated to advancing female leaders in the Retirement Services Industry.
