- Cooperating closely with hiring departments to fulfill recruitment plan- Assigning tasks to team members- Providing solutions for other recruitment-related issues- Periodically update recruitment reports to Line Manager- Advising solutions for Employee Relations issues- Organizing activities and events for the company, such as: Job Fairs, Family day, Sport day, Year-end party- Joining in Job Evaluation project with Mercer cooperating- Responsible for creating a teamwork environment with high performance and providing appropriate trainings to Recruiters and Admins- Managing team budget, and prepare Projection plan - Working with Marketing to design recruitment toolkits for HRBP Center to support recruitment activities.

- Responsible for fulfilling recruitment plan as per approved headcount and recruitment requests- Carrying out recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement and searching candidate’s profile in website, participating in job fairs, building relationships and connections with universities/ colleges,... in order to build up employer brand and a varied candidate pool- Corporate with Hiring Department having recruitment needs in screening and interviewing to select qualified candidates up to Team Leader level- Resolve other recruitment-related issues- Making offer, and inform new comer’s information- Other document works.

- Taking the recruitment orders from clients; understand the business of the clients, and their job requirements. - Searching potential candidates for the recruiting vacancies- Interviewing short-listed candidates to ensure that they are suitable for job requirements- Revising candidate’s resume follow company’s CV form- Making candidate’s assessment after interviewing and sending their CV to Clients - Arranging the interview for candidates from Clients’ requirement, follow up the interview process, get feedback, and result.- Discussing the offer with the candidate and show how it fits with their career expectation.- Assisting the client and candidate in concluding the job offer process.- Supporting colleagues searching candidates for their accounts.- Maintaining good relationship with the old and current clients; and the candidates.
