YouthWorks Indy Adult Basic Education.Workforce Investment Act and Youth Employment Services Program: Manage effective delivery of employment and education program to low income at risk participants in accordance with agency’s policies, and federal guidelines. Responsible for recruitment, enrollment, assessment of program participants for WIA older youth program. Establish collaborative relationships with students, parents, post secondary institutions, employers,community and faith based organizations to meet the needs of youth clientele for educational, and employment goals. Design, and implementation of life skills, work readiness, and other in-house training curriculum to foster positive relationships between the agency, parents, and the adult basic education staff. Establish work experiences, internships, and employer relationships to secure employment for youth clientele.
