As an Employment Specialist in our Career Services department, I assist our students with their search for employment within their chosen fields of study. Working one on one striving for the best resume and letters they can have; teaching and facilitating the importance of networking/social media and tips for interviewing. As the Lead for our Ambassador's, I manage that student body delegating tasks, heading up meetings and coordinate external and internal events; including a variety of fundraisers and community charity events.As a coordinator, I spear head our twice yearly graduation attended by an average of 500 people; overseeing everything from location, invitations, food/beverages to award recipients, as well as being the Master of Ceremonies. Along with these tasks I am responsible for a host of administrative functions; ensuring our database of student information is current, documenting student appointments, completion letters for students, ensuring all employment documentation is correct, Providing diplomas and transcripts along with various reports and metrics.

As the owner and operator of a residential gardening business, I maintained existing gardens and created new ones. Attracting new clients through various mediums, I maintained a successful client base.
