Human Resources is often described as the “business of people”. As a HR professional, I take delight in collaborating with stakeholders, developing processes and navigating through various HR-related issues to ensure a pleasant employee experience. To achieve this, I place importance in gaining an understanding of the work done by the various functions within the organisation and how they come together to achieve business success. Since stepping into the corporate world, I have been exposed to various key functions within HR, including Rewards, Business Partnering and Talent Development (Graduate and Internship). Most recently, I led the organisation’s Group Medical Insurance renewal and participated in the execution of the annual Total Compensation Review.Outside of work, I am a history enthusiast who loves to travel and enjoys my visits to the museum.Feel free to connect with me for a chat!
