I set out to build a career in sports. Instead, I built high-performing teams, resilient communities, and iconic facilities.In a journey I never could have dreamed, I built and managed opening operations of more than 15 iconic, regionally renowned and highly-reputed new fitness and wellness facilities in 6 communities. Over 700,000 sq ft of new construction, and the organizational processes associated with operating and programming them. Along with the strategic initiatives to grow the business. I am a strategic thinker, known for bringing innovative solutions to complex problems. I unify my team to the common purpose, align with the agency vision….and get work done! I built high-performing teams of 50-200+ members, and scalable organizational processes, in each unique agency. I developed and managed budgets of more than $25 million. I don’t just do the task – I create the tools and teach everyone how to use them, making it easier to do it the next time…and the time after that. Along the way, I learned I love organization, have an uncanny ability to solve problems, a knack for seeing efficiency, and am skilled in creating processes and systems that make people’s jobs easier. I successfully manage organizational initiatives from concept to completion. My passion is in building community, internally and externally, by bringing people together in meaningful ways. I facilitate cross-functional collaboration that supports high-performance internally. I am highly skilled in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring they are informed with proactive, transparent communication. I oversee multiple program departments, with responsibility for operations, fiscal management, programs and repair and maintenance of land and built assets.
