As EVP for Watson Relocation Services, Tammy oversees the relocation & referral activity and is responsible for developing local corporate business relationships. She is committed to offering a wide array of programs designed to provide corporations the ability to customize their relocation options for local and relocating employees. With over 20 years of industry experience, Tammy’s individualized relocation assistance and legendary quality of service continue to be the cornerstone of her success. Tammy was recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal in the prestigious ’40 Under 40’ list. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), participating on the national Foundation & Scholarship Committee focused on advancing the Human Resource profession through education as well previously holding the volunteer leader role as President of SHRM Jacksonville. In addition to holding memberships in Worldwide ERC, Relocation Director’s Council and several other relocation focused group, Tammy was also on the Advisory Council for RELO Direct.Tammy relocated to Jacksonville in 2005, as a trailing spouse, when her husband was offered an opportunity in Jacksonville where they currently reside with their beagle, Molly.
