Day-to-day support of the HEEAP (Higher Engineering Education Alliance Program) and BUILD-IT (Building University-Industry Learning and Development through Innovation and Technology), including but not limited to:• Stakeholder communication and coordination (25 Vietnamese universities and colleges, 5 main industry partners, USAID and other organizations, etc.);• Planning and implementing program activities (training programs in the US for Vietnamese faculty, student scholarship, student technology competition, seminars and workshops, etc.);• Managing social media page;• Assisting in data aggregation and analysis;• Others: developing rubric & judging guideline; designing certificates, name tag, document templates; writing articles for quarterly newsletter; etc.

• Drafting speeches or presentations for VCCI-HCM leaders;• Preparing VCCI website content for business/trade news section; social media management;• Other duties in Business Information Center: organise seminars and business matching event, arrange and prepare meetings between VCCI and industry, respond to enterprises’ inquiries, etc.

• Preparing reports to main office in Ha Noi;• Undertaking administrative and logistical tasks for community development activities;• Supporting Program Officers in implementing programmes in local areas.

• Organizing scholarship programs for students in Ho Chi Minh city: working with sponsors and potential sponsors, communicating with universities and students, preparing logistics, contents for different rounds, participating in evaluating candidates;• Supporting Programme Manager in other Corporate Social Responsibility events.
