Tom Amos is the CEO and co-founder of Sidekicker. He drives Sidekicker’s vision and strategy to build a market leading platform where businesses can access Australia and New Zealand’s best community of skilled hourly workers–known as Sidekicks. Under Tom’s leadership, Sidekicker has grown rapidly and acquired significant investment from global leading employment marketplace SEEK. In 2017 the company expanded operations nationally in Australia and New Zealand and placed 13th in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 500 APAC. Most recently Sidekicker has been recognised as an Employer of Choice for remuneration and communication by HRD Magazine, and as Australia’s Coolest Company by Anthill. Sidekicker employs more than 12,000 Sidekicks. A Ted X talker and recently featured in Smart Company’s 30 under 30 list, Tom has been cited in The Financial Review and The Australian on the Future of Work. Previously, Tom held a role as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte, earning a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Economics at Monash University.
