As the first Orals Coach for AWS Worldwide Public Sector, I am responsible for creating and implementing the oral presentation process for all WWPS pursuits. I work closely with orals team members to develop their presentation approach and framework, core messaging, and delivery style. I lead the presentation development process and coach the execution of effective and compelling oral presentations for a variety of demonstrations, customer presentations, and proposal activities. I work closely with WWPS’s capture, technical, proposal, and account teams on our most strategic and complex pursuits.In addition, I am a professional trainer/facilitator and course creator. I also create and deliver custom workshops for our sales leaders and customer-facing solution architects and technical account managers to train them on effective customer engagement and strategies to empower them on becoming our customers trusted advisor. I am also a member of the Speaker Coach Team working with Amazonian’s across the company and our customers on public speaking for some of our major events to create clarity, confidence, and impact. I also work to contribute to our communities as a core member of the AWS TechnoTrailblazers team where I empower youth in the communities we serve.

As President & Founder of Extreme Teen Leaders, I work collaboratively with a staff of over 40 volunteers in North Carolina and Florida to manage a youth organization focused on empowering teens with critical leadership distinctions and tools. Our organization offers four core social and emotional learning based programs to meet the needs of youth in the community. I developed a four module curriculum that is aligned with the five core SEL competencies (self awareness, self management, responsible decision-making, relationship skills, and social awareness). Our programs also include mentoring, STEM and the arts. This is my passion and personal way of giving back to the community.
