I’m equal parts geek and creative – I actually like technology, finance, and process, and am energized by brainstorming with smart, diverse functional teams. I am fascinated with global cultures and learning how to effectively communicate with global employees. I’ve directly managed about 100 different people throughout my career. I remain connected with almost all of them, many of who. credit me with helping them successfully grow in their careers while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. I enjoy working and playing with energy and passion. I have the discipline needed to work effectively from home, but enjoy my time in office for town halls, white board brainstorming sessions, and an after-work team happy hour.
