TIME was founded by Tamsin Smith in 2014 with the distinct aim of bringing live performances to new venues and audiences and offering young and amateur musicians the chance to travel and perform in innovative, exciting and inspiring venues.TIME manages the Provencal Festival of Youth Orchestras (founded by Tamsin Smith in 2005) and WOWFest, Wells (2018), and organises high quality concerts, tours, masterclasses, exchanges and festival participation across Europe for international youth orchestras, choirs and bands.TIME is committed to forming relationships through music and making every performance unique. With a vast network of venues, festivals, institutions and ensembles across Europe, we open up the boundaries of traditional performance and touring practices to offer the ultimate authentic musical, social and cultural experience for all travelling ensembles.

Founding new festivals, local collaborations and concert tours in Italy, France, UK, Spain and Latvia for international youth orchestras, choirs and ensembles, including fund-raising on an EU level and artistic direction and full management of projects (Provencal Festival of Youth Orchestras, European Festivals Experience, founding of the Tuscan International Youth Orchestra 2010-2011).
