Worked as Executive Operating Officer at Gulu Agricultural Development Company, a cotton ginnery in Gulu, Northern Uganda with $5.5m turnover.- Led 6,500 farmers and the ginnery to be the first Fairtrade cotton producers in East Africa- Delivered a ginnery efficiency increase of 50% from 60 to 90 cotton bales a day- Secured $500k grant funding and used it to introduce organic chili-growing & animal traction loans
