In 2023, I was promoted to Proposal and Studies Manager as part of the Executive Team, where I am responsible for preparing submissions for RFPs of varying complexity, from testwork programs to project development studies and large execution projects exceeding ZAR 100 million. My role involves understanding client needs and coordinating technical input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Estimators to develop tailored solutions. I oversee the entire proposal development and submission process while also playing a key role in managing the project pipeline to support MET63’s business development strategy and ensure its future sustainability.
