Much like my previous role, I now work solely on producing customer leaflets, brochures and annual promotions through Adobe InDesign. As the work is more deadline driven, I have to organise and prioritise work to complete assignments in a timely, efficient manner. I have worked well both independently and as a team to get publications to print effectively.

My role involved creating and updating brand artwork using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop through to the finalised PDF format. During this time, I also worked on the company's catalogue, producing and editing pages to agreed standards. For the 21/22 catalogue, I was part of the screen proofing team which involved working with Senior Management on final edits.

As the sole Marketing Officer in the Sales & Marketing Department, regular activities involved keeping marketing materials up to date (including data sheets and brochures), regular social media updates, providing weekly/monthly marketing & sales reports and liaising with graphic & website designers outside of the organisation. A number of ongoing long-term projects included revamping the company website, organising an exhibition stand and developing & editing new content for the company’s YouTube channel. I familiarised myself with Lead Forensics, Survey Monkey, Google AdWords, Wordpress and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Premiere Rush), as well as continuing to use Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) daily.

My role at Sodexo involved general hospitality work such as bar, café, barista and event work. Cleaning duties and general set up are also included in my role. The role zero hour, so I was able to spend three months backpacking down the East Coast of Australia from December 2018 - February 2019 and come back to job upon my return to the country.

My primary role required me to produce budget costings (using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications), produce underfloor heating designs, provide technical support on both a business-to-business and business-to-consumer level, conduct the occasional presentation and produce email templates for business-to-consumer reasons. I was expected to pro-actively manage my own workload and operate as part of the team. Due to the small nature of the company and my seniority, at times I had to temporarily manage the department in the wake of staff absences.Due to the expanding nature of the company, my role involved a large degree of flexibility. This led me creating content for the company’s YouTube and social media platforms in the form of “How To” videos. Additionally, I provided staff portraits and product photography for promotional purposes.

My time working for Sainsbury's proved to be an effective turning point in my working career and I was a trusted and well respected member of my department. My main roles included; being in charge of reductions on certain days, restocking and rotating products, customer interaction, helping with general preparation and training of new recruits. I was also the only person to achieve two 100% code checking scores in the store.

This zero hour role at the West Suffolk College was to work on special projects for the admin department.My main tasks involved data entry, analysing data and writing reports. My work involved frequent use of Microsoft Office applications Word and Excel. I was trusted to work independently and training for the role was minimal as I had previous experience working with Microsoft Office applications.

This small business is run by a member of my family who offered me the opportunity to earn money and achieve some early working experience. My role was to assist a senior engineer as they traveled across the county servicing fire extinguishers.
