Accountable for driving and scaling digital product deployments across APAC OpCo ensure impactful digital transformation.✦Key Responsibilities:• Deployment & Scaling: Leading the regional deployment of global digital products and use cases, ensuring they meet brewery needs and align with strategic priorities.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serving as the brewery’s advocate in digital initiatives, co-creating product priorities with cross-functional teams for effective rollouts.• Continuous Improvement: Engaging stakeholders and end users to promote optimal product adoption, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high user satisfaction.• Empowerment & Support: Creating a collaborative environment to support seamless product delivery and empower brewery teams across APAC.

• Be responsible for implementation/rolling out the Technology development/ Digital Projects/ Data Analytics and People Development (Change and Com/ Digital competencies and training conducting) to support the realization of the Brewery Digital Transformation strategic ambitions and better connect Opco with Breweries/CSLP.• Be responsible for people development in digital transformation journey, providing training on digital tools like Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, IoT, and Data Analytics.• Play a key role in Low Code No Code solutions development on the national scale.• Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.• Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

Improving process productivity by many TPM activities and projects:• Reduce Water Consumtion.• Reduce Energy Consumption.• Increase First Time Right Indicator.Digital Transformation:• Member of Parsable Center of Excellence in Vietnam.• Restructurring data and documents.• Digitizing all paper work, data.• Implementing digital platform in production such as Real Time Feedback, Parsable, Swipe Guide, etc.• Developing and Replacing the traditional Fermentation Paper Card by Fermentation e-Card.• Build a Control System for all Process Operation.

• Operating beer brewing process.• Controlling quality of product.• Improving the productivity of process by supporting Autonomous and Planned Maintenance project.

• Learning crucial knowledge about Beer Production Process.

• Book circulation, borrowing and hiring service.• Book inventory management.

• Managing the Club as a whole, including Events Operation, Human Resources, Programs, Marketing.• Extending IU XRACE teambuilding contest to all unversity of Vietnam National University.
