Since the beginning of my career, I have dedicated myself to betterment and improvement not only in myself, but in the work that I do. I first began by fixing machines, improving upon their performance. I then moved onto business processes, focusing on best practices, and making effective change. Finally, my focus turned to the betterment of whole companies, ensuring their success. My goal always is to make something better than it was before. Each new challenge has been met with the desire to learn, communicate and apply the knowledge that I have gained from my diverse experience. Walking that path, from the deep of the coalmine I got to many different industries.Within my experience, there have been three commonalities: I have never advised and/or asked anybody to do something that I would not have done with a clear conscience, or I would not have been able to do, instead of the surface symptoms one must deal with the root causes, no one method or IT solution will perform the manager’s jobs.
