I've been spent 14 years in industrial automation as the member of Flexmont Ltd. During my career I started from the first step as an application engineer. After 2 years I 've been promoted to project manager, and a few years later senior project manager. Biggest project I was responsible for had a total value of 4 million EUR. Assembly lines I managed were delivered to several differenc countries, such as Romania, German, Turkey, Russia, Mexico, etc.I spent my last 6 years at the company as Technical Manager responsible for the whole project team, the technical concept of the quotations and the assembly area. Key partner management was one of my important tasks as well. The most important customers I was responsible for were Bosch and Autoliv.As a manager I am used to work in high pressure conditions, with strict deadlines for multiple projects, often at different stages of their life.
