Duties and responsibilities included interpreting in meetings or on sites around Hanoi city between Finnish and international consultants/ staff and Vietnamese executives/staff; translating documents relating to ongoing works of the project i.e. the building of network of water supply pipelines and water treatment plants for the whole city of Hanoi. Besides aboved-mentioned duties I was also responsible for office administrational duties: taking phonecalls, photocopying, typing letters,documents for YME head and consultants, arranging accommodations/visas and required travel facilities for YME staff, etc,

My responsibilities include interpreting in meetings between Vietnamese executives and Swedish consultants in the project for the construction of a new antibiotic production line within the factory, also interpreting for Swedish consultants/staff on site during the building of the production line. Other duties include translating documents relating to the project and pharmaceutical literature, writing letters to liaise with Swedish consultants,etc, attending seminars and conferences of the Vietnamese pharmaceutical industry.
