RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE: (1) To promote new technology to customer, main product Energy Saving product such LED Lighting & Induction Lighting.2) The service included 2D & 3D illumination lighting for new building & old structure which including Lux, Wattage.3) Main service area is industrial park which is factory, office, construction site.4) Job scope also provide Service Provided to supplier / vendor who needs Man Power to support, monitoring their product in Customer place (Warehouse, Production, Site) in Northern Malaysia.5) Responsible for analysis the product troubleshooting; > Hands on troubleshoot both mechanical and electronic parts with determine 1st level inspection to find out root cause of the product damaged/failure.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE: (1) Responsible for analysis the product troubleshooting; > Hands on troubleshoot both mechanical and electronic parts with determine 1st level inspection to find out root cause of the product damaged/failure.(2) Lead a team of operators follow the working procedure when the products have quality issue.(3) Ensure the task required in each job is follow by SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). (4) Prepare weekly & monthly report to company & customer. > Monitoring the product quality, record and provide statistical data analysis which can be help to improvement of the product quality. (5) Participate with customer QA team member to do audit at their production line. > Provide technical training & briefing to customer operator how to handler company product. (6) Participate with customer QA team to find & verify root cause when VLRR data out of goal.(7) Propose idea to company pertaining to quality of product and the tester modification (in terms of cost saving & material saving). (8) Negotiation with customer when they any suggestion or requesting related with product or company servicing. (9) As forward member, provide & gather useful information to company to do a step as prevention regarding the product quality at customer side. (10) As a 'Window' person at customer side, prepare to understand customer requirement, suggestion and complaining. > Make response to company to provide satisfactions support to customer. > Responsible for customer complaint investigation/analysis/action plan.(11) Inventory Management : > Monitoring, tracking & audit inventory movement. > Verify discrepancy part at hub during incoming inventory or inventory adjustment.(12) RMA (Return Material Authorization) product preparations.
