- Follow up to ensure outcome achieved and/or issues rectified appropriately.- Solve the sentitive issues or conflicts to improve challenges.- Achievements the set target: operation metric and financial results.- List file of customer falling criteria to do in-house litigation; then complete required procedure to proceed.- Actively submit files to obtain approval from Management/BOD before actions; then lodge files at court.- Monitoring and updating instant outcome from court, execution to collecting debt.- Reporting outcomes and any issues need supporting to line manager and/or senior manager(s) periodically.- Fulfilment additional tasks required by line manager and/or senior manager.- Other jobs assigned by Superior & BOD
