– Coordinate a joint team composed of design, construction management, government (China and S.Korea) and equipment suppliers in China, S.Korea, India and Europe.– Technical responsible officer of the installation of ITER power conversion plant (2200MVA) and Reactive power compensation (RPC) system (750 MVAR) as well as the auxiliary systems (cooling water supply system, CODAC, etc.). – Supervise and surveillance onsite work.– Responsible of QC and configuration control for installation.

– Manage the international procurement arrangements (PAs) between ITER and China and S.Korea on ITER power conversion plant.– Coordinate two governments (China & S.Korea), national research institutes and industry partners on full cycle of power conversion plant development, manufacture, factory test and delivery. – Define the technical specification, manage the internal/external interface integration.– Troubleshooting on system design, prototype, manufacture, factory acceptance test.– Liaison officer among internal/external cross function teams.– Monitor the progress of PAs in line with schedule, budget, QA/QC, HSE compliance. – Risk control and management.

– Team leader of motor efficiency test laboratory on energy efficiency test and service; – Qualification of the test lab (CNACL 2003 and CECP 2004)

– Project manager on Sino-German government cooperative project;– Energy efficiency test and measuring/Energy audit and service;– EPC (Energy Performance Contracting) project design and development.
