Won EXSA Silver Award in 2020 for obtaining more than 10 compliments and having excellent problem-solving skills. Initiated and led an overhaul of internal documentation system and streamlining some reporting processes to achieve efficiency at work. Conducted training using creative ways to help improve team's performance. Developed an agile mindset through assisting clients to resolve their banking issues and at the same time, recommending alternative touch points for client's to meet their banking needs. Achieved being in the top 3 for promoting digital banking as well as being part of the top team for highest number of CitiGold referrals. Appointed as Head Teller to be in charge of foreign currencies, issuance of drafts and cheques with daily responsibility of reconciling cash holdings.

As an associate with the firm, I assist my Seniors and Managers mainly in executing audit fieldwork. Some of the tasks includes planning for work allocation, organising team meetings, performing audit work and maintaining positive relationship with our clients.
