- Process conversion, Broker to Broker Transfer, On & Off Market Transfer of ASX stocks across different types of accounts and different brokers- Ensuring all the tasks given processed met SLA given and processing of corporate actions are processed correctly and on timely basis- Liaising with our Melbourne internal team for process enhancement- Allocate daily/weekly adhoc task among the team to process-Tasks delegation- Be involved to assist different departments to work on account setup/account maintenance depending on requirement of capacity- Commission & Rebates- Schedule training plan and conduct training for new joiners and internal team located in Melbourne office- Attend queries raised among the team & escalate feedback among the team to our leads for process enhancement- Act as point of references when team leads are away- Assist team leads to manage the team and assist any requests when necessary- Nominated for Chevron Award in the company for delivering value and taking more responsibility in senior role

Monitor individual transactions and proceed to verify transaction which appeared suspicious to uncover possible fraudulent activity.
