Assist in day-to-day operations of the cafe.

Assist in organisation's administrative work.Answer incoming calls.Provide Assistance on event logistics.

Provide assistance and information to visitors. Ensure visitors do not temper with artworks. Maintain sufficient level of brochures and tidiness of ticketing counter. Promote gallery exhibitions , events, programs and public docent tours. Maintain knowledge of Gallery promotions and facilitate group visits. Manage feedback and perform service recovery in accordance to stipulated guidelines.
