I have acquired extensive knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint. And I am outspoken and firm which contributes to having strong interpersonal and communication skills when handling clients or conveying an idea to the team. My strongest key skill is multitasking and great time management which helps me to be highly efficient and productive.My current educational pursuit is the Diploma in Business Practice (Accounting) at Singapore Polytechnic, and I am employed at ANDA Insurance Agencies Pte Ltd as an Admin Assistant. Additionally, my other educational pursuit is through my current employment with over a year's experience in ANDA Insurance Agencies Pte Ltd, I have gained the knowledge necessary to pursue and improve myself by taking up the Personal General Insurance Certification. As a result, I am grateful to the company for the opportunities and learnings it has shared with me since I graduated from ITE College Central in Human Resources and Administration with little to no background knowledge of Insurance.
