• Business Development & Project handling:- Manage to close all pending projects since 2021 (total 6 projects on hand) in 6 months’ time.- For new projects, requested a weekly meeting with technical PIC for each project to monitor the progress. Requested technical team to provide Gantt chart and to strictly adhere to the schedule. Manage to close all the up-to-date projects since I joined without delay.- Provided data analysis based on previous customer data trend and discuss it with top management. Set 10 targeted customers to penetrate instead of targeting customer from all segments like previous strategy.- Manage to generate Rm 663,570 in revenue sales for 2023 while focusing on projects handling.

• Assist in new product development:- Communicate with customer what is their objective: Customer Direction/ Customer Specification- Technical Checking & Capability: Conduct relevant lab test - Material Preparation: Source in required material- Production Planning: Schedule into production plan and conduct briefing with relevant production department- Internal quality control: Check if the final product is in spec with what customer wanted- Process Flowchart & Control: Setup a process parameter so that Production & QA can follow what needed to be done.• Investigate customer rejection and provide improvement plan- Travel outstation to customer site to investigate actual root cause that causes our product to be rejected.- Collect sample and conduct relevant lab test- Feedback to production and customer on the improvement plan• Improvement on sample production process flow- Enforce on the documented communication between Sales, Purchaser, Technical and Production before any sample work order is issue.- Prevented rejected sample to be produced due to internal communication breaks down for sample job after 6 month- Sample job are able to be produced faster without much confusion within production due to sufficient information are now documented

• Ink Kitchen Setup - Assisted in the setting up of ink kitchen department • Colour Formulation Recording- Each printing job ink formulation are recorded and assigned a code and keyed into the system. - Reduce Manual hand ink mixing which in turn reduce the variance in colour and reduce cost and preparation time• Balance Ink Management - After each printing job is finished, the remaining ink are kept back into designated location with the code assigned. Whenever the job is repeating, the balance ink are issued first. This assist in reducing the Balance ink from 7metric ton to 4.5metric ton in 1 year time.• Setup Printing Cylinder DataBase - Setup a system to locate specific printing cylinder from about 1000 pieces printing cylinder for each job by giving them an unique ID and specific location. The database are then keyed into an excel file for daily in/out tracking purpose. Prevent Foreign worker which are not well versed in alphabet from preparing the wrong printing cylinder (The unique ID given are in numbers format ETC: PIRS 2103, before this system workers find printing cylinder based on job name and experience which causes frequent job printed using the wrong cylinder)• Schedule Waste Handling- Initiated the proper way of handling schedule waste based on requirement of Department of Environment- Reduce compound made on the company due to improper way of handling schedule waste after 1 year• Raw Material Preparation before each job- Prepare material based on schedule that is updated daily- Make sure material for each job are standby at each department one day before the job

Job scope includes : 1. Justification Report (JRSS) - Involves physic static calculation and requires to prove that the object is safe through formulas.2. Technical Drawing - Involves designing an object and provides relevant information (dimensions, materials, fabricating methods) to the manufacturer.3. Technical Operation Datasheet (TOD) - Involves filtering safety notices from Airbus Helicopters headquarter to smooth out maintenance operation time.
